    💬 FAQ

    Quick answers before you checkout

Everything buyers ask about ApexTrail Pro.

How long does the battery last, and what battery does it use?

A fresh battery typically lasts about 8–10 months under normal use. The battery model is CR2032.

Why does the temperature reading seem higher on my wrist?

Body heat affects the sensor, so wrist readings can be higher than room temperature. For room temp, place it on a table out of sunlight for ~20 minutes.

Can I shower with it if it’s 50M water resistant?

No—avoid hot water and steam. It’s designed for water resistance in normal conditions, not showers, hot baths, or hot springs.

Why is there fog inside the watch and what should I do?

Steam/hot water can reduce sealing performance and cause vapor. Open the back cover and dry the moisture, and avoid hot baths going forward.

My compass/altimeter/barometer seems off—how do I fix it?

These sensors need calibration for best accuracy. Calibrate the compass (see the manual) and calibrate altitude/pressure before use—contact us for the calibration video.
